Super easy! First, stop by our shop with your device. If possible, make sure it’s charged and bring any necessary cables. If your device has been liquid damaged, do not plug it in or turn it on. We will conduct a thorough diagnostic to find the issues your device has.
Once we figure out what's going on with your device, we'll give you a follow-up call, text, or email to explain our findings and recommend a course of action. If we have the part in stock, we can usually get the repairs done on the same day. If we don't have the part in stock, we can order it, and it typically takes a few days to arrive. We always aim to use the highest quality parts available, and we can also look for deals on used parts if you’re looking to save more. Our goal is to make the repair worth doing; otherwise, we'll let you know if it's cheaper to go with another solution. Our main goal is to help you.
After we repair your device, we test it again to make sure everything is in good condition. We offer a 30-day warranty on most repairs, but even outside of that period, we always invite you to come back. We're a family-run operation, and customer satisfaction is what keeps us alive and growing.

We complete our repair services in a timely manner. Duration varies depending on the device & the specific repair required. Most repairs are completed within a day or less, with some being done within an hour or two. If faster turnaround is needed, we recommend dropping off your device early in the morning. If special order parts are required, it may take longer depending on shipping time. For specialty services or orders, additional time may be required to ensure the job is completed to our high standards.
