It's easy to get started: simply pack and securely ship your console (without accessories) to our address at 2344 East Colfax Ave, Denver, Colorado 80206. Don't forget to include a return label to save on shipping costs; otherwise, we'll charge for return shipping.
Our mail-in repair service includes a $50 diagnosis fee, which we apply towards the repair cost. Once we receive your console, we'll open up the package, and then call you to set up a repair ticket.
